okay well I'll start with a poem about a knight for a friend of mine:

The final battle

Standing with his eager sword held high
Tonight, a final battle,
He’s prepared to fight.

Determinded he stands.
Once insecure, but now strong.
First a boy, now a man.

Swearing to protect,
Promising to win,
And save them.

His armor shines in the moonlight
His sword shows his reflection
In the dark stands the knight.

With one last scream,
He joins the rest on the battlefield,
It dissapears in the overwhelming noise.

In a glimpse, he’s gone,
Somewhere he’s fighting,
Fighting for his country,
Fighting to save and protect.

Well he just asked, you make poems right? can you also make one for me about a knight? and I was like, yeah sure. And so I did and here's the result

and inspiration has struck me so another poem, here goes.
It's about some friends...who in the end kinda dumped me. But still it were good memories so I want to give it some of a happy end with this poem and move on. Tell me what you think.

Forgotten friendship

Do you remember?
We were friends, right?

Have you forgotten,
How we laughed together
How we talked about stuff
Stuff that didn’t even matter.

How you lend me your shoulder
When I feld like crying
How you encouraged me
When I didn’t even feel like trying

How we could fight over everything
How we would share a chair
Remember The many scribbles you wrote
Scribbles that even didn’t mean a thing

We were friends,
When some one would’ve told us then,
We would end up like this
We would’ve laughed at them

But look at us now
Complete strangers,
Like we’ve never met
Anyway do you regret?

Off course I remeber what happened
And yet I still want to say
Thanks that you were my friend.
I thank you for every day.

Ah.. the poem has a nice sound to it I guess ^^ I can't really grasp the feeling.. Just.. can't ^^:;
you should defenitely keep writing though ^^ it doesnt even have to be positive.. most of my poems arent very positive either.. I just cant really make them positive.. you should just write what you feel ^^

ehm... i c that u have a certain style that u put in at least both poëms so far it kinda tends to make things dramatic and i kinda know the feeling of the friends poëm... know it all too well either way i like it ^^ will try to post some poëms of my own some time, wednesday when i have it less busy then i do now

thanks I like to make things little more dramatic, but that's just my style oh and another poem:

Blood scattered around
Tears falling down
A trembling hand
Dropping the gun on the ground

A scream full of pain
And a broken promise,
Atemption to protect
But all effort has gone in vain.

I studied history so the wars and an hetalia amv where england shoots japan. oh and one where america kills england...

it's a bit of a crappy one, I was feeding my goldfish's and I was staring at izzy and thought...humans have dreams, what does he dream about, besides fish food. And since humans sometimes dream of global domination...I made izzy into this hahah poor fish.

talking about one piece... another poem:

Pirate love

I don’t want to wait for a prince charming,
Nor do I wait a for a kinght or a warrior to protect me.
Because everyone waits for those three.
And there are lesser and lesser of them.

So I decided to search for a pirate,
But he robbed my heart right away
Then he sailed out, on the very same day
And left me all alone, with an empty botle of rum.
Damn you unfaithful pirate.

But one thing I know for sure.
That he won’t break my heart, just like a prince would
Nor would he tear it apart, just like a knight would.

No he wouldn’t let go of it.
He would call it his treasure
And put it in a chest and burry it somewhere deep
So that no one else would take my heart away.
Funny how faithful a pirate can be.

One piece inspired me, especially zoro, he's sooo cute and coool! and I thought let's turn it into a love poem thingy. I wrote this poem like almost one year ago. I think it turned out fine.

I like the end, and i must say it reminds me of Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth Swann a bit :P

but about the poëm i like it o.- is more original then the old brave knight in shining armor on a big white horse jada jada ... although a couple of words could be changed to make it more rhymie

zoro is cuuuute! i mean when he blushes, it's just one word kawaiii
and I have more people who agree with me...

and I know about the rhyme...heheh...I still need to practise on that

I got the same feeling with mines....I just post a lot of poems, that's the trick to keep yours alive...plus it's fun to make them.

the thing is if i edit mine then nobody sees that there has been a new post ... thus... nobody will look...

My heart

My heart is like a house,
With many, many rooms

All my friends,
Yeah each of them,
Have their own room,

Some will leave, but most will stay
And my house, my heart,
will grow everyday.

Yeah, you my friends,
you'll always live in my heart!
