Words from letters

I think everybody knows this game. In Romania we play it a lot and it's called "fazan", but I can't translate it in english.
So, someone says a word, then the next user says another word which begins with the last 2 letters from the word above. And if there is a word which finish in letter that you can't make word of, the game starts again.

EX:
User 1: Gone
User 2: Never
User 3: Eradicate
